That movement across regions isn't just a bio detail. It's the method. Latin American organizing taught me that relationships come before the ask. Working closely with American nonprofits taught me what trust looks like at the neighborhood level. And running this practice from London sharpened discipline in how a story is told.
Every organization has its own community, its own language, and its own reasons people show up. My job is to find that story and tell it in the voice your donors and partners already trust, not a borrowed one.
